Parenting Co-ordinator

A parenting coordinator can help families settle disputes about their children without going to court. Through parenting coordination, the delay and expense of the regular court process is reduced as the parenting coordinator works with parents to build conflict-resolution skills. These skills assist parties and, ultimately, families in the long term.

In your first contact with Trilogy Family Law, please advise us if you wish to retain Deb as a lawyer (for one party only), or as a mediator, arbitrator or parenting coordinator (for both parties). Our intake procedure when Deb is acting as a lawyer is different than when Deb is acting as a mediator, arbitrator or parenting coordinator, to preserve Deb’s neutrality and the fairness of the process. If one of the parties has had contact with Deb, independently from their spouse or partner, Deb may not be able to provide her services as a mediator, arbitrator or parenting coordinator.
